Our laser cutter has a working bed area of 900 mm x 500 mm, this is important when you create your artwork.

For a laser cutting/engraving job your artwork should be sent as a vector file: .dwg, .dxf, .ai, .eps.

For an engraving job in raster mode your artwork could be sent as an image file like .jpeg, .tiff, .pdf, .bmp, etc.

If your design requires laser cutting as well as laser engraving, you should send us one single vector file with the different specifications classified in layers or colours. For example: Red=Cut, Black=Engraved.

It is very important that the vector lines are continuous and unified making sure that no lines or points are hidden or repeated, otherwise the machine will cut undesired parts or go over a cut line twice and possibly altering the results.

NOTE: Your artwork should be sent in millimeters (mm) and scaled 1:1.

If necessary we can create the vector files or artwork for you at a previously agreed rate.
