Cad-cut transfers for textiles represent an interesting and competitive alternative to screen printing. Heat transfer film is digitally cut with a cutting plotter to the desired shape or design and then applied on the fabric using a heat press.
This special film is available in a wide variety of colours, textures, and effects like velvety flock, glow in the dark, reflective, elastic, glitter, fluorescent, glossy, matte, etc.
With this technology it is possible to personalise or decorate garments obtaining high quality results and quick delivery times even on small runs by eliminating the costs of mesh and frames required in screen printing.
We can apply heat transfers on t-shirts, sweatshirts, sports uniforms, tote bags, promotional items, banners, etc. |

Heat transfers for textiles are produced from one-colour thermoadhesive film digitally cut with a cutting plotter. The plotter interprets a loaded artwork and moves a small rotating blade across the width of the material while this is being rolled up and down in perfect coordination.
Once the design or lettering has been cut, the film is manually weeded by lifting and peeling away all the excess parts of the material and leaving on the support paper only the design to be heat pressed. Films for heat transfers are very resistant to washing and can be applied on most type of fabrics. |

We create heat transfers in a wide variety of colours and textures depending on your requirements. There are CAD materials available that work on every type of fabric: elastic materials developed for sport apparel, reflective film for urban and work garments, ecological PVC free film in many vivid colours, flocked film, glitter, mirror, metallic, glossy transparent, fluorescent, etc. |

Our cutting plotter can load transfer rolls of a maximum width of 60 cm.
Artwork needs to be sent as a vector file:.dwg, .dxf, .ai, .eps.
It is important that the design is composed of continuous and unified paths. Make sure that there are no hidden or repeated lines or any loose points across the design because the plotter will cut them and produce undesired results.
Artwork should be sent in 1:1 scale. If necessary we can create the vector file for you at a previously agreed rate.
